I had an unexpected pleasant dental appointment today @ Covington Dental Group. I was greeted warmly my the receptionist, then the Dr. Greene, introduce herself to me & escorted me back to X-ray Rm, where Reece, took over . Then, we went to exam Rm & Deneille, examined my teeth and told me each step what she was doing and made it very easy. Then, Dr. Greene came back & explain what needed to be done and what was most important to be done first. Then Miss Jena came and did the financial perspective and really worked with my budget which no other dental office has done and I have an affordable plan that I can take care of as they take care of my teeth. I’m so happy they were excepting new patients and that they also took my insurance.. I will recommend Covington dental group to all my family and friends I really enjoyed the experience. all the staff were great and I left feeling like part of a family. I would recommend them highly.
