Everything about the procedures, diagnosis, financial obligations (seeing actual numbers before the services were performed without having to ask, instead of guessing or worrying about it later), was very transparent, and they were accommodating in scheduling follow-up visits.
Everyone that I interacted with on staff was completely professional and knowledgeable while still being very personable and friendly. This is great practice, and I'm happy to have found them.
