I have been in the healthcare industry since 2011. Previously, I was the assistant director of specialty operations for two years and have been in management since 2015. My extensive background is in ortho-spine and neurosurgery.
Patient Impact
I think the most rewarding part of being an operations manager is being able to connect with patients and give them a sense of understanding, especially for those who have not had previous positive experiences with a dentist, and turn new patients in to patients for life.

I enjoy trying new recipes from TikTok and Pinterest, doing DIY projects, spending time with my twins, and festing. I also love laughing and being with family and friends.
